EKSEKUTIF Award 2025: Honoring 26 Inspirational Figures Across Diverse Leadership Fields
Surakarta – The grand night of the EKSEKUTIF Award 2025 was held with solemnity and pride at the elegant Alila Solo Hotel Ballroom in Surakarta. The prestigious event celebrated 26 distinguished individuals from various professional and societal backgrounds who have demonstrated exceptional leadership and impact.
These leaders were recognized across five core categories, each representing modern leadership traits: Transformative Leaders, Innovative Leaders, Regenerative Leaders, Inclusive Leaders, and a special category, Indonesia’s Inspirational Women.
This award serves as a form of appreciation for the dedication, vision, and real contributions these figures have made to society.
Award Categories and Their Meanings:
Transformative Leaders: Those who inspire and shift mindsets and behaviors, enabling people around them to achieve greater outcomes.
Innovative Leaders: Individuals who initiate and implement new ideas to improve systems, products, and processes.
Regenerative Leaders: Figures who focus on sustainable transformation and long-term societal development.
Inclusive Leaders: Leaders who uphold diversity, equality, and inclusion within their communities and workplaces.
Indonesia’s Inspirational Women: A special honor for women who have made a significant and inspiring impact on society.

The Awarding Ceremony
The evening commenced with a deeply symbolic cultural procession. At 7:15 PM WIB, under a soft, reverent atmosphere, the ballroom doors opened to welcome the award recipients alongside the Curator Team.
Accompanied by the serene sounds of klenengan and a traditional parade featuring gunungan, guests were warmly welcomed by the host of the evening, Lisa Ayodhia, Chair of YDIM, who delivered the opening address.
Tributes and gratitude were extended to key supporters of the event, including Sari Bondan and Wahyu Indrasto from Eksekutif Magazine and Amrit Gurung, General Manager of Alila Solo Hotel.
The evening’s highest honors were bestowed upon all awardees by two prominent figures: SIJ KGPAA Mangkoenagoro X and GBPH H. Prabukusumo. Meanwhile, the Curator Team received their honors from Sultan Sepuh Aloeda II, R.H. Tahardjo Djali, CMA, CFA.
