indonesiabrief.com/ — PT Surveyor Indonesia Forms Strategic Partnership with Changzhou Architecture Science Research Institute Group (CBS)

PT Surveyor Indonesia, a leading provider of TICC (Testing, Inspection, Certification, and Consultation) services, has recently entered into a strategic partnership with Changzhou Architecture Science Research Institute Group (CBS), a prominent institution in China’s architecture and construction sector.

The collaboration aims to enhance the delivery of TICC services within Indonesia’s transportation and railway sectors, as well as expand the global market reach of both companies.

The signing of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) took place in Changzhou, China, between PT Surveyor Indonesia’s President Director, Sandry Pasambuna, and CBS’s CEO, Zhou Jianfeng.

Also present were the Corporate Secretary of PT Surveyor Indonesia, Euis Emalia Noor and the Head of the Product Development Infrastructure Department, Brian Parsaoran

Through this partnership, PT Surveyor Indonesia and CBS will focus on advancing services such as surveying, inspection, verification, monitoring, and consultancy for transportation and railway infrastructure projects.

This initiative also aligns with the Indonesian government’s efforts to improve regional connectivity by building more reliable and efficient transportation infrastructure.

Ismeth Wibowo, Overseas Consultant for CBS China, expressed optimism that the collaboration will soon come to fruition, delivering a positive impact on Indonesia’s transportation sector.

Ismeth Wibowo, a descendant of Indonesia’s last Prime Minister Ir. H. Djuanda, who also serves as CEO First Time at PT Kereta Api Indonesia, further emphasized that the TICC cooperation will cover various stages of railway projects, from planning and design to operation and maintenance.

“The partnership between PT Surveyor Indonesia and CBS holds great potential to strengthen the transportation sector, particularly railways, which require precise and trusted TICC services,” said Ismeth Wibowo.

Strengthening Indonesia’s Rail Transport with TICC Expertise

PT Surveyor Indonesia has a strong track record in the transportation sector, including its involvement in major projects like the construction and operation of the Jabodek Light Rail Transit (LRT), supporting the Jakarta Metro (MRT) project, and participating in the development of the high-speed rail system, Whoosh.

TICC services are vital in the railway sector to ensure the safety and quality of infrastructure elements at all stages—design, construction, testing, and maintenance.

This collaboration is expected to help both companies provide the essential services required for the successful development of Indonesia’s growing transportation and railway projects.

Expanding Business Networks in China: Visits to Wuxi and Nantong

In addition to the MoU signing, Ismeth Wibowo also visited several business partners in China. In Wuxi, he met with representatives from Sunra Jiangsu Xinri E-Vehicle Co. Ltd, a leading electric vehicle manufacturer.

In Nantong, Jiangsu Province, he visited other business partners focused on new and renewable energy, further strengthening the ties between PT Surveyor Indonesia and its Chinese counterparts in various sectors.

The expanded collaboration and business network signify PT Surveyor Indonesia’s commitment to enhancing its global footprint and contributing to the growth of Indonesia’s infrastructure, transportation, and renewable energy sectors.
